This is one of Sheridan’s signature products, the puff pastry is made on the premises then left to rest overnight, meanwhile the pork is combined with seasoning, spring onions and cheddar cheese then minced to form a sausage meat it is then placed in the puff pastry and rolled up like a Swiss roll and finally cut into portions which are cooked in a hot oven for thirty five to forty five minutes.
